Our courses break from the mold of lectures and theory and instead offer real world scenarios with the activities and tasks of a professional working in a simulated environment.

University courses

Educational programs in which students learn by assuming different professional roles. To carry out the tasks and reach the goals implicit in such a role, they must explore the targeted learning material.

Professional workshops

A Professional Workshop structures a complex organizational work process into a series of simulated tasks that a group of employees must carry out. It is complemented by support material such as activity guides, information related to the task and mock up samples of the documents used in the real world task. The workshop can be offered face to face in a classroom setting moderated by a mentor or online in forums that facilitate collaborative work.

The effectiveness of a 'learningworks' Professional Workshop derives from the rigorous design process focus on the key tasks and reasoning processes necessary to successfully carry out the work process targeted in the training.

Workplace simulators

This type of course simulates common standardized procedures that require interaction with standard workplace tools, especially proprietary software applications. Using this type of simulation, learners work virtually and become familiar with, for example, customer service procedures, authentic task documents, IT systems and peripherals or other elements necessary to realize any sort of task from a wide range of work environments. Likewise, interactions with other people, or social simulations, can also be created.

Our simulations stand out as compelling and realistic recreations of the workplace environment and the common tasks to be carried out. This fidelity is a much appreciated aspect by new employees for whom, very often, this tool represents their only previous training experience when they start to work.
